Suicide is Painless

A girl comitted suicide in my school recently. It's really shocking. I heard from some people that she hung herself, from others that she ODed. I don't know. I never even knew her. I never got the chance... but I can't stop thinking about her.

It's worse that she killed herself on the same (or a similar) day as I almost did recently. Now I'm really glad I didn't kill myself, and extremely sad that she did.

I wish I had known her, been able to help her some way. Her funeral is today, and I can't decide whether to go or not. I never knew her at all, I feel like I'll be intruding on her family and friends if I go.


..suicide isn't painless. Is it?
